Butler Snow Adds Fifteen New Attorneys Across 8 Offices

Butler Snow LLP is pleased to welcome fifteen new attorneys in 8 offices across the firm, including Atlanta, Georgia; Austin, Texas; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Birmingham, Alabama; Charleston, South Carolina; Memphis, Tennessee; Nashville, Tennessee; and Ridgeland, Mississippi.

Atlanta, Georgia

Christi R. Moore has joined Butler Snow’s Atlanta, Georgia, office as a member of the firm’s Products, Catastrophic and Industrial Litigation Group. Moore has experience representing companies against personal injury, premises liability, negligent security cases as well as wrongful death claims. She has litigated cases for clients from start to finish with favorable resolutions for clients.

Moore earned her bachelor’s degree from Davidson College and obtained her Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law.

Austin, Texas

Andrew C. Schafer and Megan E. Donaldson have joined Butler Snow’s Austin, Texas, office. Schafer will practice with the firm’s Tort, Transportation and Specialized Litigation practice group and Donaldson will practice with the firm’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare group.

Schafer earned his bachelor’s of business administration from Texas State University and his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University, Caruso School of Law. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Michael J. Truncale, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas.

Donaldson earned her bachelor’s degree from Millsaps College and her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law. During law school, she also participated in a summer clerkship for the Honorable Martin Hoffman, 68th Civil District Court.

Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Angelle E. Crochet has joined Butler Snow’s Baton Rouge, Louisiana, office as a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group.

Crochet earned her bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and her Juris Doctor from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University.

Birmingham, Alabama

Ghada N. Abouhaidar and Trent A. Mansfield have joined Butler Snow’s Birmingham, Alabama, office. Abouhaidar will practice with the firm’s Business Services practice group and Mansfield will practice with the firm’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare group.

Abouhaidar earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and her Juris Doctor from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law. Following law school, she completed a fellowship with the University of Alabama System’s Office of Counsel.

Mansfield earned both a bachelor of arts and bachelor of science degrees from Tennessee Wesleyan University. He earned his Juris Doctor from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law.

Charleston, South Carolina

Anna W. Mobley has joined Butler Snow’s Charleston, South Carolina, office as a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group.

Mobley earned her bachelor’s degree from Clemson University. She received her master’s degree and Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina.

Memphis, Tennessee

Denise S. Lee, Katherine M. Kuchenbecker and Kenneth W. Groce have joined Butler Snow’s Memphis, Tennessee, office. Lee will practice with the firm’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare Litigation group, Kuchenbecker with the Commercial Litigation group and Groce with the Finance, Real Estate and Restructuring group.

Lee earned her bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College. She earned both a master of business administration and her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis.

Kuchenbecker earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas and her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

Groce earned his bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

Nashville, Tennessee

Jonathan Allen has joined Butler Snow’s Nashville, Tennessee, office as a member of the firm’s Business Services practice group. Allen will focus on Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate Development & Finance.

Allen earned his bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University and his Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law.

Ridgeland, Mississippi

Anthony Gabrie Mansoor, III, Danielle W. Street, J. Dillon Pitts and Hayley R. Oldham have joined Butler Snow’s Ridgeland, Mississippi, office. Mansoor will practice with the firm’s Business Services practice group, Street with the Finance, Real Estate and Restructuring practice group, Pitts with the Regulatory and Government practice group and Oldham with the Tort, Transportation & Specialized Litigation practice group.

Mansoor earned his bachelor of science and his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Rhesa H. Barksdale of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Street earned a bachelor’s degree from Sewanee University and a master of business administration degree from Mississippi College. She also earned her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law.

Pitts earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi and a master of public service from the University of Arkansas, Clinton School of Public Service. Pitts earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas Little Rock William Bowen School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Taylor B. McNeel of the United States District Court in the Southern District of Mississippi.

Oldham earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi and her Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
