- Represents restaurant franchisees in the acquisition and disposition of operating stores and the development of new locations.
- Represents a self-storage developer in joint ventures with an institutional capital partner.
- Represents borrowers in commercial real estate and business financings, including acquisition loans, construction loans, refinancings and portfolio-level facilities.
