Kenneth W. Groce

Kenneth is a member of Butler Snow’s Finance, Real Estate and Restructuring Group. His practice focuses on the acquisition, development and financing of commercial real estate, along with business formation and corporate counseling. He represents owners, developers and operators in transactions across multiple jurisdictions and asset classes, with a particular emphasis on multifamily and self-storage assets.

• Represents owners and developers in the acquisition, development and financing of multifamily and self-storage assets across multiple jurisdictions.
• Represents restaurant franchisees in the acquisition and disposition of operating stores and the development of new locations.
• Represents a self-storage developer in joint ventures with an institutional capital partner.
• Represents borrowers in commercial real estate and business financings, including acquisition loans, construction loans, refinancings and portfolio-level facilities.
