Megan is a member of Butler Snow’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare Group. She represents clients in state and federal court in a broad range of litigation, including pharmaceutical and medical device product liability, vehicle manufacturer product liability, transportation, catastrophic loss, contract disputes, construction defect, and personal injury cases. She has experience in all phases of complex litigation, including dispositive motions and hearings, depositions, discovery, trial preparation, and mediation. Megan’s experience ranges from cases for high-profile pharmaceutical and Fortune 500 companies to small business owners and individuals.
