- Member of trial teams for liability and remedy phases of trials in several class action lawsuits alleging constitutional violations.
- Experience in multiple high-stakes casualty matters where team was retained shortly before trial to perform rapid, comprehensive case preparation.
- Prevailed on summary judgment for paper manufacturer and national hotel chain in premises liability cases.
- Secured dismissal of recreational vehicle and automotive dealerships in redhibition matters.
- Successfully defended attorneys in various legal malpractice actions through representation in trial court, appellate court, and Louisiana Supreme Court, as well as federal district court and United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.
- Coordinated large-scale discovery in class action lawsuit.
- Successfully lobbied for coverage for pro bono client in insurance claims related to Hurricane Ida.
- Represented recreational vehicle dealerships, automotive dealerships, and crane manufacturers, boat manufacturers in redhibition, products liability, and negligent repair lawsuits.
- Represented automotive product suppliers and cosmetic companies in toxic tort claims.
- Represented commercial trucking companies in personal injury lawsuits.
