Experience
- Defends a variety of product liability disputes for a number of manufacturers and distributors, which has included service as national/regional counsel. Defends numerous defendants named in toxic tort suits, including talc, asbestos, silica, and chemical exposure suits.
- Represents variety of industrial machinery and component manufacturers and consumer product manufacturers and sellers.
- Defends cases involving trucking companies. Represents a variety of different trucking companies involved in over the road accidents.
- Handles complex fire, explosion, and premises liability disputes. Represents companies in the energy industry and defends environmental litigation.
- Litigates insurance coverage disputes, including insurance declaratory judgment matters and the defense of bad faith claims.
