- Moore v. Regions, Hinds County Justice Court, 2019 (defense verdict in bench trial in breach of contract case).
- Grain Dealers Mut. Ins. Co. v. Cooley, 5th Circuit, No. 17-60307, 2018 WL 2207916, May 14, 2018 (per curiam) (achieved summary judgment on appeal before the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in insurance coverage dispute related to gasoline leak claims at a gas station).
- Palmer, et al. v. Sun Coast Contracting Services, et al., S.D. Miss., 2017 (J. Ozerden) (achieved summary judgment in favor of operator of frac sand processing facility in federal court lawsuit filed by 12 residential homeowners asserting claims for negligence and trespass relating to alleged increased flooding and structural damage resulting from the facility’s construction, nuisance relating to facility operations, and declaratory relief relating to restrictive covenants against the development of real property acquired with FEMA HMGP funds).
- United States of America v. Franklin County School District et al., S.D. Miss., 2017 (J. Wingate) (successfully quashed subpoena issued to investigative reporter for Mississippi Today).
- Lueckenbach v. Horizon Mississippi Publications, Inc., N.D. Miss., 2017 WL 473903, 2017 (J. Aycock) (achieved summary judgment in favor of publication in defamation action in which plaintiff sought an injunction that the allegedly defamatory article be removed from the publication’s website).
- Skylark Meats, LLC v. Lokey, et al., S.D. Miss, 2017 (J. Starrett) (achieved default judgment in trademark infringement case and successfully petitioned for attorney fee award for the full amount of attorneys’ fees).
