Butler Snow Sr. Trademark Advisor Barbara Arnold has been selected to serve a two-year term on the Building Bridges Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA). INTA is a global association of brand owners and professionals dedicated to supporting trademarks and related intellectual property (IP) to foster consumer trust, economic growth, and innovation.
The Building Bridges Committee aims to promote the value of trademarks and brands by building bridges with non-IP and non-legal associations (not-for-profit associations), focusing specifically on five segments: Marketing and Advertising associations, Consumers associations, Manufacturing and Retail associations, associations that develop and promote sustainability and ethical standards, and associations that represent SME’S and entrepreneurs.
Barbara’s focus will be centered around building bridges with associations that promote and develop small and middle sized enterprises and entrepreneurs.
