PART OF THE HISTORY OF THIS COUNTRY: Wayne Drinkwater and Luther T. Munford recall clerking at the U.S. Supreme Court

Butler Snow’s Luther T. Munford recently recounted his time as a law clerk for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Harry Blackmun for the December 2018 edition of Mid-South Super Lawyers Magazine.

Fifth Circuit Judge Paul Roney, who had done a personal favor for Justice Blackmun, was my boss at the time and arranged for my interview. It was in 1977, four years after Roe v. Wade.
