The Rising Stars awards are part of a new series of awards that honor rising stars in a number of
industries, including law, health care, technology, real estate, construction and accounting.
As a member of our Finance and Real Estate Group, Austin focuses his practice in business and commercial transactions, commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association and serves on the junior board of the Robert E. Reed Foundation, which strives to create a center for patient education and research at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Austin received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia.
