Keri is a member of Butler Snow’s Commercial Litigation practice group. Following law school, Keri clerked for the Honorable Leslie H. Southwick on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Keri represents businesses, insurers, and other clients in complex commercial litigation. Her practice includes contract and business disputes, partnership and closely held business disputes, insurance-related litigation, real-property and title matters, lien enforcement and priority disputes, and disputes arising from corporate transactions and asset-purchase agreements. She handles matters from pre-suit investigation and case assessment through discovery, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and resolution.
