- Assisted the shareholder of a Southeastern-based construction supply company in its $30,000,000 acquisition of all other shareholder interests
- Assisted client in connection with the issuance of the $71,285,000 City of Gulfport, Mississippi Hospital Revenue Bonds, Series 2025
- Assisted holders of international gaming permits and alcohol and liquor permits in licensing applications and renewals
- Represented loan services in the foreclosure of 10 properties across northern Mississippi
- Represented a public utility in the renegotiation and renewal of over 100 Mutual Assistance Agreements over energy lines and services
- Represented a lottery corporation in the negotiation and drafting of various finance, media, and advertising contracts
- Represented state agency in the negotiation and drafting of federal funds under HOME, HTF, and MADHP loans allocated for affordable housing
