Overview

Caroline is a member of Butler Snow’s Business Services and Finance, Real Estate and Restructuring groups. Her practice includes a wide array of corporate transactional matters, including the formation of new business ventures, contract negotiations, and entity organization and structuring.  She also advises publicly traded and privately held businesses in acquisitions, sales, mergers and capital raises. Caroline focuses her real estate practice on commercial real estate transactions, including representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leases; developers in acquisition, development, and disposition of real estate projects; and borrowers and lenders in commercial loans.
