Experience

  • Defended national company as part of arbitration team against a $9 million claim for alleged breaches of an exclusivity agreement.
  • Represented general contractor in enforcing a mechanics’ lien of over $100,000 for work completed at an apartment complex.
  • Conducted rapid response on-site investigations of trucking accidents.
  • Obtained eleven temporary restraining orders against four defendants in Shelby County Chancery Court related to fraudulently obtained funds and real estate. Following numerous motion hearings, the case settled prior to the preliminary injunction hearing.
  • Designed and structured a final consent decree for an interpleader action in federal court.
  • Won a writ of possession for personal property valued at over $500,000 in a contested possessory trial in Shelby County Circuit Court.
