About

Jordan’s experience includes all phases of complex litigation, including trials.

She currently manages a diverse docket of personal injury, transportation, and premises liability cases in state and federal court. In doing so, she takes depositions of parties, fact witnesses, experts, and defends corporate representative depositions. She has served on several pre-trial support teams for complex product liability cases, has taken the lead in investigating and analyzing individual claims, and has implemented strategic discovery methods to help resolve claims before trial. She has also prepared several multi-million-dollar lawsuits for jury trial, which includes securing a favorable outcome for her client in a jury focus group. In addition to preparing for trial, Jordan has successfully resolved matters for her clients through alternative dispute resolution and dispositive motions.

Jordan served as second chair in a 6-day personal injury jury trial in September of 2022. As second chair, Jordan examined multiple witnesses, including three medical billing experts and the plaintiff’s key treating physicians. Jordan also argued evidentiary objections, deposition designations, and represented her client in closing arguments.

She has served as counsel for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, a heavy machinery manufacturer, and a truck manufacturer in nationwide product liability litigation. Jordan has served as a member of the expert witness team in a large product liability multi-district litigation and as a member of the case work up team for remanded pelvic mesh litigation. She has handled depositions of plaintiffs, fact witnesses, treating physicians, and experts, among other critical litigation tasks.

She is active in the Defense Research Institute and is also a member of the American Bar Association, Austin Bar Association and Austin Young Lawyers Association. Outside of the office, Jordan spends time coaching and judging law school mock trial teams.

Jordan received her Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law with a Special Distinction in Litigation and obtained her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, cum laude, from Baylor University.

She is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Western, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of Texas.
