- Bond counsel in connection with approximately $348,445,000 of revenue bonds to finance a proton therapy facility located in Atlanta, Georgia that is operated by Emory Healthcare’s Winship Cancer Institute.
- Bond counsel or underwriter's counsel in connection with over $1 billion of bond issues to finance continuing care retirement communities in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
- Bond counsel or underwriter's counsel in connection with over $1 billion of bond issues to finance student housing and other university facilities in California, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee and Vermont.
