Experience

  • Mr. Whitehouse works with business owners and service providers on forming and operating captive insurance companies, traditional insurance company matters, and tax issues related to insurance companies. Mr. Whitehouse previously worked at the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance as the Supervising Attorney for Insurance. Mr. Whitehouse also has prior experience with the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office and served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Navy.
