Alan is a member of the Products, Catastrophic and Industrial Litigation Group, and concentrates his practice on product liability law, pharmaceutical and medical devices, mass torts, and business litigation.

Experience

  • Representation of manufacturers, distributors, and other sellers of commercial, industrial, and consumer products, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, hospital beds, firearms, cosmetic products, balers, lumber, construction products, sawmill equipment, slitter machines, propane tanks, industrial vacuum trucks, excavators, loaders, recreational vehicles, gas and electric appliances, lithium ion batteries, alarm systems, and computer software.
  • Defending and prosecuting a wide range of commercial lawsuits, including contract disputes, employment litigation, non-compete litigation, intellectual property litigation, Lanham Act claims, fiduciary duty claims, fraud claims, tortious interference claims, premises liability litigation, franchise litigation, real estate litigation.
  • Probate litigation, including will contests, trust and estate litigation, and guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.
