Butler Snow Public Finance Attorneys to Present PLI Program on NMTCs

Butler Snow attorneys Julia Fendler, A. Ann Hered and Thane R. Hodson will present on New Markets Tax Credits during a Practising Law Institute (PLI) program on May 20 at 1 p.m. ET. The program, titled “New Markets Tax Credits – An Economic Vaccine for Low-Income Communities,” will discuss the specifics of the NMTC program and detail how the economic investment in low-income communities can enhance economic growth and accelerate the recovery from severe job losses.
