Kara E. Shea to Present Webinar on Requiring Employees to Receive the COVID-19 Vaccine

Butler Snow attorney Kara E. Shea will present at a webinar hosted by the Tennessee Association for Home Care on Thursday, Dec. 17 at 11 a.m. The webinar, titled “Can I Require my Employee to Take the COVID-19 Vaccine?,” will discuss what factors home care providers should consider as they plan their vaccination policy. Shea serves as practice group leader of Butler Snow’s labor and employment group and concentrates her practice on employment counseling and employment litigation. She has extensive trial and appellate experience and regularly counsels clients in the financial services, health care and home health industries on employment law compliance.
