New York Metro Super Lawyers® Recognizes 2 Butler Snow Attorneys

Butler Snow attorneys David M. Cohen and Stanford G. Ladner have been selected for inclusion in the 2019 edition of New York Metro Super Lawyers®. Cohen has been recognized for personal injury – products: defense, and Ladner has been recognized for government finance.

Cohen is a member of Butler Snow’s pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare litigation practice group. For 22 years, he has furnished trial teams with scientific and medical defense resources, formulated science defense strategies and cross-examined more than 100 treating physicians and witnesses at depositions and evidentiary hearings in complex litigation and mass tort product liability litigation.

Cohen is a member of the American Bar Association, the London Medico-Legal Society, the New York Academy of Sciences, the Defense Research Institute and the Product Liability Advisory Council. He received his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Union College and his Juris Doctor from Fordham University.

Ladner is a member of Butler Snow’s public finance, tax incentives and credit markets practice group. He concentrates his practice on public finance, banking law, business and commercial transactions, tax credits, energy law and regulatory compliance counsel and advice.

Ladner is a fellow of the American College of Bond Counsel, and a member of the American Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the National Water Resources Association. He received his bachelor’s, master’s and Juris Doctor degrees from The Catholic University of America.
