Butler Snow is pleased to announce Mark M. Hosemann has joined the firm’s Ridgeland office. Hosemann will practice with the firm’s business services group.
“Mark will be a tremendous asset to our firm and to our business services group, and we are thrilled he has joined our team,” said Donald Clark, Jr., chairman of Butler Snow. “His knowledge and experience will prove valuable in helping our clients successfully navigate corporate legal matters.”
Hosemann focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, affordable housing development, taxation, and estate planning. He is licensed to practice in Mississippi, North Carolina, the United States District Courts of Mississippi and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Hosemann is a member of The Mississippi Bar. He received his bachelor’s degree, with distinction, from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif, and his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida, where he also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant.
