Todd P. Photopulos to Speak at American Bar Association’s 12th Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference

Butler Snow is pleased to announce that Todd P. Photopulos will speak at the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law’s 12th Annual Conference.

The conference takes place Nov. 7-10 at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square. Todd will participate in a panel discussion on Nov. 9 titled “What Every Labor and Employment Advocate Needs to Know about the Current State of Immigration Laws.” The panelists will focus on how the rapidly changing immigration adjudication trends and enforcements are likely to affect aspects of the labor and employment law practice.

Todd is a seasoned labor and employment attorney with significant trial, arbitration and consulting experience. He regularly represents U.S. and international employers in business immigration matters, including specialty occupations (H-1B), intra-company transfers (L-1), NAFTA occupations (TN), extraordinary ability (O), investor visas (E-2) and physician J-1 waiver and national interest waiver visa cases, as well as permanent residency, compliance training and audits. Todd has been recognized by Best Lawyers® for employment law – management, labor law – management and litigation – labor and employment, by Mid-South Super Lawyers® for employment and labor, by the Memphis Business Journal as a Top 40 Under 40 and by Martindale Hubbell® with an AV-Preeminent Peer Review Rating.

Todd is a member of the American, Tennessee and Memphis Bar Associations and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Tennessee.
