Butler Snow is pleased to announce that Abbott Marie Jones has joined the firm’s Birmingham office. Jones will practice with the firm’s pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare litigation practice group.

Jones joins Butler Snow from a private practice. She previously served as a clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and practiced for six years as an appellate attorney prior to that.
Jones is licensed to practice in Alabama and California. She received her Juris Doctor and Certificate in Maritime Law from Tulane University. At Tulane, Jones served as the senior managing editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal, winning an award for best casenote. She received her undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College.
