Trump Repeals DACA: What You Need To Know

Last week, the Trump administration announced the end of the DACA program.  DACA, or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, was an immigration policy program created in 2012 by the Obama administration that allowed certain individuals who were brought to the US as children without immigration status to receive renewable periods of deferred action from deportation, while also giving registrants work authorization to allow lawful, temporary employment with US employers.  Approximately 800,000 people registered for the program.  In this short video we discuss how this program will be phased out, and its potential impact on individuals and US employers.
