Butler Snow Selected as International Legal Team of the Year Finalist

LONDON – July 15, 2014 – Butler Snow has been selected as a finalist for the 2014/2015 Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) International Legal Team of the Year. The firm has been nominated the past two years for North American Team of the Year.

The winner will be announced at the STEP Private Client Awards on Sept. 17 at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel in London.

The STEP Private Client Awards highlight excellence among private client solicitors/attorneys, accountants, barristers, bankers, trust managers and financial advisors. Judges select up to five nominees as finalists in each category. A panel of experts comprised of internationally recognized lawyers, accountants, barristers and trust companies also take part in the selection process. Awards criteria include: demonstration of excellent, relationship driven client service; excellent leadership including a clear vision on how the firm has and should differentiate itself in the market; demonstration of technological innovation; and demonstration of a wider social responsibility, including a high standard of treatment of the firm’s staff.
