Butler Snow Expands National Public Finance Practice – 9 Attorneys Join in Denver and Atlanta

Butler Snow is pleased to announce that it has significantly expanded its Public Finance, Tax Incentives and Credit Markets Practice Group as  five attorneys join the firm in Denver and four join in Atlanta and Macon, Georgia.

Williams, Jr. are joining the firm in AtlantaBlake C. Sharpton will practice from the firm’s office in Macon, Georgia. The Public Finance Group also includes Stanford G. Ladner, who recently joined the firm in its New York office.

Butler Snow offers a comprehensive and diverse public finance practice. The group of almost 40 attorneys specializes in governmental bonds, industrial development bonds, tax credits, healthcare facilities financing, economic development incentives, housing financing, including affordable housing and senior housing, federal tax matters, securities law matters, post-issuance compliance, and defaults and workouts.
