Caldwell

Will is a member of Butler Snow’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare Litigation Group. Since 2008, Will has represented doctors, lawyers, governmental entities, and companies in complex legal matters from beginning to end. He has tried cases before judges and juries in state and federal courts. He has also briefed and argued appeals before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. The focus of his practice primarily consists of professional negligence, healthcare liability, employment, and civil rights claims.
