OverviewRoshni is a member of Butler Snow’s Commercial Litigation group. She has represented clients in state and federal courts in a variety of industries, including labor and employment, white collar defense, oil and gas, healthcare, construction, contracts, and trusts and estates. Further, she has handled cases across a broad range of legal issues, such as complex commercial disputes, breach of contract, construction defects, nonsolicitation and noncompete agreements, tort liability and trust management.
Roshni earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and her Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law. While in law school, she was involved in The Review of Litigation, mock trial, Law Students for Black Lives, and Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Outside of the office, Roshni continues to remain involved in advocacy programs, having assisted mock trial teams at The University of Texas School of Law and having coached moot court teams at the University of Houston Law Center.
