- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a major bank in a lawsuit alleging violations of the Uniform Commercial Code and Electronic Fund Transfer Act.
- Represented a title insurer in a lawsuit alleging, among other things, unjust enrichment, negligence, civil conspiracy, breach of contract, and negligent infliction of emotional distress. Obtained dismissal with prejudice, which was affirmed on appeal by the Mississippi Court of Appeals.
- Obtained dismissal with prejudice of a title insurer in a lawsuit alleging malicious prosecution, civil conspiracy, negligence, and abuse of process.
- Obtained judgment on the pleadings on behalf of an insurer in lawsuit alleging misrepresentation, negligence, breach of contract, fraud, and infliction of emotional distress.
- Represented a health care clinic and physician in a qui tam lawsuit alleging violations of the False Claims Act. Obtained dismissal with prejudice, which was affirmed on appeal by the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a public housing authority in a lawsuit alleging negligent construction, failure to maintain the property in a safe condition, and failure to warn of a dangerous condition.
- Obtained dismissal with prejudice of a public housing authority in a lawsuit alleging violations of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act.
