With more than 25 years of experience, Jon works on behalf of clients to secure and protect their patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. His current practice is primarily focused on patent and trademark prosecution, and he has knowledge and experience across a wide range of other intellectual property matters, including licensing, technology transfer, and disputes involving intellectual property assets, including the Inter Partes Review process for reviewing the validity of patents at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
