• Representation of chemical manufacturer in numerous personal injury products liability suits pending nationwide in multiple state and federal courts.

• Defended a medical mobility device manufacturer and distributor in a product liability action involving allegations of strict liability, negligence, and breach of warranty. Plaintiff claimed injury from a fall caused by a dislodged handgrip on a knee walker scooter, asserting defective design and use of substandard materials. Successfully raised defenses including substantial post-sale modification and lack of defect at the time of sale; case resolved favorably through settlement.

Her practice includes defending manufacturers in product liability cases, assisting with healthcare compliance matters, and navigating the evolving landscape of federal and state regulations. She works closely with trial teams to develop case strategy, conduct legal research, and manage discovery.

She obtained her J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi.
