Craig Turner focuses his practice on corporate transactions and regulatory matters for clients in regulated and technology-driven industries. He advises public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, commercial agreements, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Butler Snow, Craig served as Head of Legal, North America, for a global technology and gaming supplier, where he advised executive leadership and boards on securities matters, regulatory compliance, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions and led legal support for complex software licensing and technology transactions
