Samuel D. Gregory Joins Butler Snow’s Commercial Litigation Group

Butler Snow LLP is pleased to announce that Samuel D. Gregory has joined the firm’s Ridgeland office. Gregory will practice with the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group.

Gregory brings experience in a broad range of construction law, business litigation and appellate matters, advising clients on front-end issues including contract negotiations, licensing requirements and litigating and arbitrating construction defect and payment disputes. He has also regularly handled business litigation matters, including cases involving trusts and fiduciaries, landlord-tenant law, eminent domain, antitrust, financial services and more.

Gregory is involved in a number of organizations, including the American, Mississippi and Capital Area Bar Associations, as well as the Forum on Construction Law, the Mississippi Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors, Charles Clark American Inn of Court and the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® as “One to Watch” since 2021 and named a Rising Star by Mid-South Super Lawyers® since 2016. Gregory graduated summa cum laude with his undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees and received his Master of Business Administration degree from Mississippi College.
