Butler Snow LLP is pleased to welcome attorney Paul R. Wegmann to the firm’s New Orleans office as a member of the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare Litigation practice group. Wegmann brings over 25 years of experience evaluating and analyzing data collection and eDiscovery across many different product liability, medical device and pharmaceutical matters.

Paul R. Wegmann
Wegmann is a member of the firm’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare Litigation group and focuses his practice on product liability defense, medical device and pharmaceutical mass torts. He has significant experience overseeing data collection, management, preservation, analysis and discovery review in several high-profile cases around the globe. Wegmann has participated in several eDiscovery class action projects and has managed review teams for orthopedic, pharmaceutical and insurance companies. He has participated in several international conferences related to global intellectual property litigation and data transfer and protection laws. Wegmann earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University’s New Orleans College of Law.
