The first presentation, “A Deep Dive Into the Prompt Pay Act, Beacon4, and Current Cases,” provided an in-depth review of the Tennessee Prompt Pay Act and explored how the payment deadlines imposed by the act can affect business relationships among owners, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

The second presentation, “Artificial Intelligence and Construction Law,” provided an updated look at the use of artificial intelligence in the construction industry and how its use changes a project’s goals, expectations and methods.
