Butler Snow LLP is pleased to welcome attorney Craig R. Turner to the firm’s Business Services group, where he will be based in the Nashville, Tennessee, office.

Craig R. Turner
Turner focuses his practice on corporate transactions and regulatory matters for clients in regulated and technology-driven industries. He advises public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, commercial agreements, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Butler Snow, Turner served as Head of Legal, North America, for a global technology and gaming supplier. In that role, he advised executive leadership and boards of directors on securities matters, regulatory compliance, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions. He also led legal support for complex software licensing and technology transactions.
Turner is admitted to practice in Tennessee and is a member of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section and Gaming Law Section. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Washington University School of Law, where he graduated in the top 15% of his class and served on the Executive Board of the Jurisprudence Review. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.
