As a member of Butler Snow’s Product Liability, Toxic Tort, and Environmental group, Xan focuses her practice on defending product manufacturers in complex litigation and mass tort cases. In addition, Xan works on commercial litigation matters and has experience advocating for her clients in both state and federal appellate courts, as well as immigration court.
