- Extensive experience representing hospitals and health systems, single- and multi-specialty physician practices, pharmacies and other health care providers in regulatory, operational and transactional matters.
- Advises health care providers on compliance with federal and state fraud and abuse laws, including laws concerning physician self-referral (Stark Law), anti-kickback matters, false claims act matter, self-disclosure and reporting, fee-splitting issues, and licensure issues.
- Advises health care providers on HIPAA privacy, security and breach matters.
- Represents health care providers in litigation and civil governmental investigation matters.
- Represents various business clients in contract and business tort litigation matters.
