Overview

Jorge represents clients in commercial litigation matters, and he routinely handles cases pending in federal courts, state courts, and arbitration tribunals. He has experience arguing before federal courts and has obtained numerous favorable rulings on behalf of the firm’s clients. Jorge regularly represents insurance carriers in matters involving insurance coverage and defense, and he has also represented product manufacturers, service providers, and other business entities in commercial, corporate, and business disputes. He has also represented individuals in matters pending before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Jorge practices in the firm’s Tort, Transportation, and Specialized Litigation and the Commercial Litigation practice groups.
