Jorge Solis represents companies and professionals in a broad range of commercial disputes in federal and state courts and before arbitration tribunals. He has litigated matters in multiple states, from pre-suit through appeal, securing numerous favorable rulings for clients. In addition to complex commercial litigation, Jorge handles construction disputes and regularly defends healthcare providers in medical malpractice actions. As part of his pro bono work, he also assists individuals with matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Jorge practices in Butler Snow’s Tort, Transportation, & Specialized Litigation and Commercial Litigation groups.

  • Obtained voluntary dismissal of all product liability claims against American manufacturer of ventilation systems (Alabama state court).
  • Obtained judgment in favor of American timberland company and one of the largest private owners of timberland in the world following bench trial (Alabama state court).
