- Obtained order granting motion to dismiss all claims against nation’s largest cooperative food wholesaler to independently owned supermarkets (federal district court).
- Obtained order granting motion to dismiss all claims against express transportation company (Alabama state court).
- Obtained voluntary dismissal of all product liability claims against American manufacturer of ventilation systems (Alabama state court).
- Obtained judgment in favor of American timberland company and one of the largest private owners of timberland in the world following bench trial (Alabama state court).
- Obtained grant of deferred action for minor under Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, pro bono).
