Diana M. Miller Joins Butler Snow’s Richmond Office

Butler Snow LLP is pleased to announce Diana M. Miller has joined the firm’s Richmond, Va., office. She will practice with the firm’s Products, Catastrophic and Industrial Litigation practice group and assist clients in a broad range of manufacturing, distributing and service industries.

“Diana’s notable experience and perspective make her a great asset to the firm and our clients,” said Christopher R. Maddux, chair of Butler Snow. “We’re thrilled to have her join our Richmond office and our products liability group.”

Miller’s 10-plus years of experience include an extensive litigation defense practice focusing on products liability, commercial, consumer and class action suits for international manufacturers and Fortune 500 companies. She also brings experience working as a neutral third party in the interpretation and execution of settlement agreements resulting from complex class action and multidistrict litigation.

Miller received her Master of Public Policy from the College of William and Mary and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from American University’s Washington College of Law. She is a member of the Virginia Bar Association and the Metro Richmond Women’s Bar Association.
