Butler Snow’s Captive Insurance practice, led by attorney Benjamin Arthur Whitehouse, has established an ongoing, leadership role in the captives market, working with industry service providers and entrepreneurs to support the formation and growth of captive insurance companies. Butler Snow’s unique captive insurance, tax, and government leadership experience helps our clients successfully navigate complex captive insurance matters.
“I could not be more proud to work with the team at Butler Snow and I applaud the entire firm’s commitment to the captive insurance industry,” said Whitehouse. “In three years, we have built a robust captive insurance regulatory practice alongside our litigation team and it is humbling to see our work receive this prestigious industry recognition.”
