Michael I. Less Appointed to American College of Construction Lawyers Foundation Board of Directors

Butler Snow attorney Michael I. Less has been appointed to the inaugural board of the American College of Construction Lawyers (ACCL) Foundation and will serve as Secretary. Established this year, the Foundation will work to advance the practice of construction law through a variety of initiatives. More information about ACCL can be found here.

The ACCL is a national organization of lawyers who have demonstrated skill, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice, or in the teaching, of construction law, and who are dedicated to excellence in the specialized practice of construction law. The College provides a professional forum for its Fellows to explore and analyze legal and industry issues arising nationally and internationally.

Less is Chair of the Butler Snow Task Force for the Construction Industry and focuses his practice on all aspects of construction law, including drafting and negotiating contracts, and dispute resolution. He is a Fellow in the American College of Construction Lawyers and former Board Member, a member of the ABA Forum on Construction, a former Vice President of the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee, and a founding member of the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel.
