Butler Snow attorney Dan H. Elrod has been named to the Nashville Post’s Health Care In Charge list. The 2021 list features more than 500 leaders among 19 sectors including arts, music, manufacturing, technology, real estate, sports and legal. In its 12th year, Elrod has been named to In Charge Lists since 2012.
Elrod is a member of the firm’s Health Law practice group and focuses his practice on representing Tennessee hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies and other providers on certificate of need, licensing, certification and transactional matters.
