Christopher D. Morris to Speak on E-Discovery at ABA Virtual CLE Conference

Butler Snow attorney Christopher D. Morris will speak at the upcoming American Bar Association Current Issues in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Biotech Litigation Virtual Regional CLE on Thursday, Feb. 25. The panel, titled “Privilege and Liabilities Associated with E-Discovery,” will discuss recent e-discovery trends, including best practices in negotiating an e-discovery protocol, and recent decisions attorneys should be aware of in assessing risks and liabilities, and preservation of privilege considerations. Morris focuses his practice on defending pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in mass tort and individual cases in various state and federal venues throughout the country. He has significant experience in addressing complex discovery in mass tort litigation. He received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Memphis and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi.
