Butler Snow Attorney John M. Harral Passes Away

Butler Snow attorney John M. Harral passed away on Saturday, Dec. 26 in Gulfport, Miss.

John earned his bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi, and after graduation, served in the Navy JAG Corps. He clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit before moving to Gulfport, which would be his home for 43 years.

John joined Butler Snow in 2002 and practiced in the firm’s Finance, Real Estate and Restructuring practice group. He focused his practice on banking and bank regulatory transactions and was recognized by Martindale HubbellThe Best Lawyers in America®, Who’s Who in American Law and Mid-South Super Lawyers® for his work. John was greatly involved in the Gulfport community and will be remembered for his contribution to, as well as passion and love for, the community where he lived and worked.
