Butler Snow attorney Keishunna R. Webster is set to present alongside five other female attorneys on Thursday, Nov. 19 as part of the Women of Harmonie webinar series presented by The Harmonie Group. The series focuses on women in the law and the issues facing them in today’s legal environment. Webster will present in the first session titled “Profiting from Gender Diversity,” which will cover how to stand out with diversity statistics, how to promote diversity during the pandemic and hiring female attorneys. Webster is a member of the firm’s Tort, Transportation and Specialized Litigation practice group and frequently defends common carrier transportation fleets in matters involving complex personal injury, catastrophic losses and wrongful death matters. She is also experienced in defending landowners in a wide variety of premises liability cases, running the gamut from simple slip and falls to negligent security cases involving violent crimes. Webster has been recognized by Super Lawyers® as a Mid-South Rising Star in general litigation and named to the 2019 class of Leadership in Law by the Mississippi Journal. She was also named a Top 40 Under 40 by The National Black Lawyers.
Webster is a member of the American Bar Association, The Mississippi Bar and the Capital Area Bar Association. She received her bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Belhaven College, her master’s from Jackson State University and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi.
