Butler Snow attorney Sean M. McGuinness will serve as a panelist in an American Bar Association (ABA) “Between the Pages” webinar on regulated gambling on Friday, Sept. 18. The webinar, titled “The Law of Regulated Gambling: An Intro for Business Lawyers,” will provide attendees with an overview of the book The Law of Regulated Gambling: A Practical Guide for Business Lawyers, including an introduction to gambling law, tribal gaming, internet gaming, sports betting and more. McGuinness is a member of the firm’s gaming industry team and focuses his practice primarily on commercial gaming matters in Colorado, Iowa, Nevada and Mississippi, and tribal gaming matters. He also has experience with gaming bankruptcy matters.
