Butler Snow attorney A. David Fawal has been appointed to the Alabama State Bar’s 2020-2021 Bench & Bar Relations Task Force by Bar President Bob Methvin. The joint task force is comprised of members of the bench and the bar and has the goal of enhancing and improving the communication, collaboration and overall relationship between the members of the bar and the judiciary. Fawal also serves on the Alabama State Bar’s Military Law Committee.
The Alabama State Bar is the official statewide organization of lawyers in Alabama dedicated to promoting the professional responsibility and competence of its members, improving the administration of justice and increasing the public understanding of and respect for the law.
Fawal is an AV-rated attorney and focuses his practice in commercial litigation and insurance defense. He also serves as vice-chair of Butler Snow’s e-discovery advisors team. In addition to his service to the Alabama State Bar, Fawal is also an active member of the Birmingham Bar Association.
