Butler Snow attorney Andre B. Mathis will participate in an upcoming Employment Law Alliance panel webinar on Thursday, Sept. 3. The presentation, titled “Surviving the Back to School Frenzy: Employment Law Considerations When Employees’ Children Are in Virtual or Hybrid School,” will cover compliance with the Families First Coronavirus Relief Act’s child care provisions, as well as compliance with other federal, state and local leave laws. Panelists will also discuss telework considerations, privacy concerns and practical solutions for supporting employees facing virtual learning challenges.
